Its not up complete yet give it 10 minutes.
should be a bit faster ...
Well even if you had unlimited amounts to spend.. keep it subtle.. not in your face..
subtle modded cars look great.
Just get like a small spoiler, some 16/17s, nice exhaust etc.
Or some TBs eh roamer.
Well dont bother with engine mods.. I am not trying to be mean but if you wanted more power buying a bigger engined car would be cheapest, unless you plan to go for a quick shot of N20
You said your already iced up, so I guess styling is the only thing left.
Yep its not my field either..(can you tell)
Now when it comes to braking system and whether bigger brakes make any differnce to stopping distances, its a different story ;)
Ye I knew bikes could produce a lot more power than bigger engined cars.. I just didnt put 2 and 2 together to realise it was because bikes could rev 10K+ thereby allowing more air in etc..
So does that mean if you want more power, and you manage to get a bit more air in.. you would deffinatly need a re-map ? or should the ecu up the load on the injectors to cope automagically ?
Because if not you would deffinatly be running lean cause the injectors just wouldnt be supplying the...
Okay so the god has spoken.. but..
What your saying is if you wanted to you could fit Peco 043s and get your ecu reprogrammed to alter the fueling so that it was putting out the same amount of fuel ?
Just a theoretical question.. obviously it wouldnt make any difference if it did.
Yes, because the 172 brakes are powerfull enough to lock the wheels. The braking distance is determined by grip level.
The only thing between the car and the road is the tyres, therfor the level of grip the tyres produce on any givin surface dictates how quickly you will stop.
If you wanna...
As I already stated, better pedal feel, less brake fade etc.
If youre on a track day you would probably notice brake fade really badly with the stock items. With upgraded parts the brake fade will lessen so you could stay on track longer.
