a few tweaks in the engine and exhaust department and he could well be all over you! probably not turbo'ed tho

you need 10mm bolts for the inlet and coil pack
and then undo all electrics and piping (u may need to replace some of the clips when putting them back on tho)

ive got the black ducting from the link you have posted, u get about 1 metre for around 17quid
its very strong stuff and i would reccomend it to anyone wanting to use it for a caf!!! its flexible so can be worked around obsticles but at the same time it is strong and very difficult to crush or...
went on a secret mission to carlisle today (about 250mile round trip) and got the best mpg ive seen out of my 182 :D

was well chuffed, i lost site of the 30MPG mark in january when i fitted the viper but the constant speed of 85 let my mpg creep up to a record (for me) 38...
you use a similar principle to the 172 guide still,
there are scoops available but most people use the viper 'trumpet' and put that in the hole left when the foggie is removed and attatch the cold air feed to it! jubulee clips are good for fixing them on tight!

if you follow dazes guide but just relocate to the foggy instead! (the foggy just clips out of the back of the bumper)
removing the acoustic valve is tricky but it clears the space for the feed to go down to the front (the acoustic valve is by the horns behind where the passenger fog light...
well ive had my gaz for over 6months now and find them excellent, the ride height is perfect and the ride itself is firm without being too hard! the car corners and handles a lot better than it did on the cup suspension and there is a lot less roll!
the kit isnt noisy and tbh its been perfect...
mine feels a lot tighter now :D
its not a massive difference but combined with the coilies, the car handles the corners a lot better now, feeling a lot more solid with less roll
my input to this would be:
be very careful if using power tools as misuse and 'heavy hands' can lead to taking too much off and making bigger scratches which will take you longer to polish out when moving on to wet and dry!!
the metal is very soft so i found that there wasnt really any...
give me a shout if you find 1 mark and i will come with yer! im interested in power output aswell :D
