two 10mm bolts hold the fuel rail cover on, 30second job to remove and put on (just a bit fiddly)
a few more bolts hold the plenham (inlet manifold) on but only takes a couple of mins to take off (just be careful not to mess up the shape of the gasket when you take the plenham off)

im tempted to pop to the body shop thats doing my bumper and ask them to do it!!!! how much do you rekon it would be bearing in mind they will already be mixing some paint up for the bumper?
what sort of paint would i need to use cos the cover does warm up after running it for a while? would i need a different paint to that which would be used on the bodywork?
i screwed it on to the existing grill at the top then put two tiny holes in the bumper to fix it in at the botto,. the holes in the bumper were so close to the existing grill that it covered them up whe the k-tec was off!
as above be careful not to drop stuff!
im ok at the mo cos my under tray shattered to pieces when i took out the badger so i dont have that problem! ............... so there is a silver lining :D
as above just use a socket wrench and a 10mm socket with extension! i had a 10mm extended socket which is about 2 1/2 inches long which makes it a very simple job to do :D
opinions please! currently polishing up the frc and manifold plenham. dont know whether to stick with the carbon cover or paint my oe cover? also not sure what colour to opt for if i was to paint the oe one!
also if i do keep the carbon cover, im weighing up whether to cut a hole to allow...
a tip: dont use power tools!!!
just need lots of wet and dry lol, just work your way through the grades! when you think you have got rid of all the scratches you can with one grade, move on to the next finer grade and so on untill you have used the 1200/1500! after that get rubbing with the...
does any1 know if the standard viper feed is long enough to do this or do you need to purchase a longer feed? its just that im going to be doing this to mine seeing as i have to take me bumper off to fit the new 1 :D

is this the cheese grater? if so i had one on me old car, instead of cutting the existing grill i put mine over it! it looked ok (as far as cheese graters go)
and it gave me the option to take it off if i wanted to :D
