Obviosly the Clio 172/Cup but if not a clio
106 GTi, its the best out of the bunch of cars you listed by a long way.. all the others are crap crap crap..
Your best bet is regular visits to the following outlets
McDonalds
KFC
Any Chippie or Donar Kebab shop.
You will soon find that seat fitting perfectly to your rear.
Hi and welcome to cliosport..
I will not bother repeating what everyone else has said to fix your problems but I will give you a newbie poke..

ps. I think my 172 must be the only one without rattles.. 170000 miles and no rattles.. whoohoo..
I would guess from what info you have giving that it is infact the starter motor that is faulty, if your headlights are not dimming then no current is getting to the starter motor. or the starter motor is unable to use the current.
Ye the 172 brakes mate you headbutt the windscreen at every junction.. I have always had a phobia about car with brakes you have to really stamp on to work (like my old 205 GTi) but this car puts these fears aside.. awesome.
dont bother with the 1500, as our good fatherted says if you wanna spend all night by all means..
Use 1200 wet and dry and use a soapy solution to sand down the primer, and unless you are sanding a bendy bit use a block so that the sanding is smooth.
who cares about the neighbours ?
I think the magnex one does fit okay, although it wasnt meant for the phase 2 it can be made to fit.
The k-tec ones are v. loud apparently but pick you exhaust for what you want not what the neighbours will think.
Ask my mates and they will say exactly the same thing, just put mine through its paces last w/end as I went all the was from edinburgh to a B&B on some road "near" alton towers..
turns out it was out in the middle of bloody nowhere but I only made a wrong turn once and the sat nav women told...
okay fine.. I will have a look at the script when I get back to work.. appologies but I havent changed anything since it did "work"
think its time to move the entire system to a linux box and re-code the uploader properly..
already started planning another attempt... muhahahahah :devilish:

Speedo cable will be < £20 I would imagine. Easy to fit depending on the routing of the cable (sorry dont own a valver)
N.D.Hill, anyone would think that you actually work on these cars all the time ;)
