daveio: sold the 2001 1.2 16v dynamique 22000miles, just bin motd but tax runs out at end of month and it needs its 4year service at end of the month. major mods were -40mm apex springs, 17"wolfrace katonas and 2x10" rockford subs wiv pioneer amp. there were a few little things like pedals etc...

made the decision on monday before last to sell up the 1.2 16v dynamique cos really wanted a 182, looked around dealers and autotrader and spotted a rather tasty racing blue on autotrader online. Tuesday came and thought i would ring up the geezer even though he probably wud av sold it buy now...

what sort of price u thinkin mate? havent a clue what they are worth so wudnt know what a decent offer waz! without sounding stupid how does it fir? ive got a 182 with the standard single cd at the moment

as above will a pipercross viper for a 1.2 16v dynamique fit a dynamique with air con??? cheers

recaros are nice but id swing more towards the leather/alcantara option wasnt impressed with losing back headrests and gettin a bog standard cloth back bench and paying £550 for them to do it!! imo recaros are perfect if you a trackday person cos you probably wont have people in the back...

i followed the lowering guide on here cos they used a dynamique as the example! i know f#*k all about cars and managed to fit -40mm springs and it only took bout 3 hours! if ur keepin it for a year then i wud lower it! half a days work to make ur motor look so much sweeter is defo worth it!!

oh and its got a thatchem cat 1 alarm fitted

im selling my 2001 1.2 16v Dynamique and not sure how much i should be asking for it! its pearl black and has done 22000 miles im the second owner as i bought it off me mum and it has not been ragged as i dont see the point in a 1.2! i am just about to put 6months tax on it and take it in...

fair nuff it aint from the Renaultsport Collection but the dynamiques and extremes are classified as the Clio Sport Collection by Reno so even though it aint a speedy 172/182/v6 he is still driving a sports model so y not put on a badge imo

sum people just dont understand that the total cost of their mods aint gonna add fully to the resale value do they! think i wud rather spend 15k on a shiny new trophy!!!

i had the lexus light on my black dynamique for bout 12months but then went back to standard! took me a while to realise that they just look poo! the black led ones are probably the best option if u aint happy with standards!

yeah ctrs are a couple of k over me budjet, could get an older 1 but to be fair most of the 1s ive seen for 9-10k are quite high miles and thrashed

prefer the standard 1s (mainly cos all the chavs in my area have clear 1s) looks like one of the nicer sets ive seen though., not as cheesy as some around! a set of sivervisions and its all good!

will the mk2 phase 1 ones fit on the phase 2 clios or are they different shapes???

ive got one to! sits perfetly with me sub box bout 1 inch below use it for wrning triangle tool kit fire extinguiser etc! very handy!!!!!
