No doesn't affect NCB. But there are different rates. Windscreen on mine is £70. Sides are £50. But it's a one off claim, so you don't accumulate i.e. 1,2,3,4,5,6 windows. My charge for front, rear and four sides is £70.

Machine polishing - there are kits on Polished Bliss. Or do what I'm doing. 8 years of Audi "washing" = masses of marring. Spoke to Autoglass, one claim, 70 quid excess, all windows replaced. Done.
