possibly, I think alot of people class them at the cheap end of the market....depends on opinion though i guess.... the blue valver i had was fitted with kent pullies on a set of piper cams, didnt seem brilliantly made but who knows.....the recall may have fixed it, if there ever was acctually one

was on a ford escort old model two of the people....others include 2live on here, adams_16v, etc, they were clios *apparently* there was a recall at some point, but i still havent seen people rating them from build blogs and threads ive read all over the web (quite alot lol).... id spend more...

please please please get some decent pullies if you are going to, avoid kent/piper parts, especially their verniers at all costs! you only need to search on here, clio16valver and williamsclio to see many many failures of snapped/sheared kent/piper verniers, there are pictures on some of the...

ahhh i see. I have a 172 ph1 pump from bens car that I was going to try and rig upto mine, as the pump im using now is on 180k! the other died on 155k.... Not sure if itl fit though, still keep meaning to try it

meh im confused, im using a 172 ph1 rail and it works perfectly fine....has that thing on the box end (regulator?) that has a sort of spring clip on, and a pipe running to the inlet manifold from it....

yes but you're running the PAS too, different brackets... I fitted mine, and it was practically hanging so far over i would have had to run a 4 rib belt.....that wasnt the issue though, it was at a slight angle and not sitting straight

easy at that mine works spot on^

yeah if you use the 172 bracket it fits spot on....im running some brackets from a mk1 1.2, as is whiteley, which is the problem we have :dapprove:

dosent fit with the Mk1 brackets from the lower spec models as I found out when I tried to fit it the other week, sits too far over and the belt dosent run straight! :(
