Usually, the insurance won't refund on a pro-rata basis, it's normally somthing like 2 months less than the remaining months left. So 10 months is 2 months left, minus 2, so zero refund. And usually a cancellation fee dedcuted from that too from any refund.
You get any no claims at end of last policy?
Insurance usually goes up each year anyway, this year has been more than normal due to high claims in winter IIRC.
Loving that!
Car looks great! It's lowered just right, dark wheels and yellow fogs really suit it too.
Awesome pictures too! Very well taken and great locations.
I've had 2 Sony HU and an Alpine and I think my Alpine sounds better, in the same car same speakers. Although Sony are great value IMO.
My Alpine iPod lead is on the back, I think most are TBH. Usually only aux and sometimes USB on the front.
I've got this Alpine http://caraudiosecurity.com/shop/product/products_id/12541.html although there are cheaper versions without bluetooth.
I find it excellent with my 3GS, scroll through artist, album, playlist etc and then scroll through which song to start playing along with the usual...
This model doesn't support sound over HDMI, so you have to connect optical/coaxial cables up for sound from each source.
Your TV to amp will be via optical or RCA analogue cables, since freeview isn't 5.1. There may be a difference in quality between RCA and optical, I'm not sure though.

Cheers guys, much appreciated. I will however still be coming tonight.
They're keeping her in overnight to be safe so nothing I can do, been with her since 12 so need some food and to destress a bit!
Oh s**t mate!
Hate to disappoint guys but I'm now not certain I'll come tonight. My mum was in a pretty heavy car accident today, lorry smashed into her from behind when she was stationary and still in hospital waiting for results from CT scan. Depending on what they say and when we get her...
Re: iPhone 4G (No longer rumours)
Instead of buying youself out of contract why don't you just finish using that contract in the 4G?
If you really want to buy yourself out, look into downgrading to the lowest tariff first so you pay 3-4 months at a cheaper price.
The points did add a couple hundred IIRC.
I also forgot that I did Pass Plus before I took out my first years insurance. Saved around 20% most places, but Norwich Union gave me a 50% discount! Otherwise it would have been a few hundred quid more at the next cheapest place.
I think most...
What?! Must be because you have a vagina and boobies.
When I was 17, I paid £1600 insurance Rover 216 GSi (ins grp 11). A year later with a claim (a cheap claim too) and 3 points, I paid £1800 on a clio mk1 1.4 8v (ins grp 5). But similarly I was down to under £350 at 21 before I got my 172...
How can you justify paying over £30k to have a one-off 1.2 Corsa, esp when you don't spend any on an engine change... Nutters...
Think that failed when he saw an Audi drive past lol
I've tried Sainsbury's and Tesco's supers and regulars along with V Power and Shell normal and can't say I've noticed any noticeable difference in performance or mpg with any of them TBH. All running quite a few tanks between fuel changes and my car has the standard map. Although, I think maybe...
I've just done this as I wanted to go back to standard firmware and not run risks of not being able to JB it again (got my 3GS on release day so not sure how they're affected).
Quick notes I didn't see in the guides, turn off your sim lock first or you'll need to put your sim in another phone...
Why when ebay has Renault discs (inc bearings and rings) AND pads for the same price?
I assume this is the one Kev means http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/RENAULT-CLIO-SPORT-172-REAR-BRAKE-DISCS-AND-PADS-SET_W0QQitemZ270462568120QQcmdZViewItemQQptZUK_CarsParts_Vehicles_CarParts_SM?hash=item3ef8d346b8

Look good mate, its something I want to do to mine too, but in yellow.
Is it worth lacquering for extra protection, esp against brake dust or is the hammerite stuff fine by itself?
