99.9% of them are silver, as fubs said only 8 blue, there were about 13 or so mars red ones too. Theres a red one on ebay at the min. I personally prefer the silver.

^ 16v wheels with an air bag look crap though. The ones with out look much better, thing is though a nice looking wheel won't save your life if you crashed.

Personally I think that chipping an na car is a waste of time really, it costs a fair bit for minimal gains. If your going to get it set up & mapped etc with other mods then fair play, if not I personally wouldn't bother.
