Nah, the mount will be fine. It's designed for movement.
Check the rubber pads either side of the metal for wear though. They can wear right through and you get play.
You might even get away with new bolts. Depends if they've sheared cleanly, and not twisted the threads.
EDIT: PMSL. Or not, just seen the biiiiig chunk of mount missing. "Parts please!"

Now that chap's driven his car with one 17mm bolt holding the weight of his entire engine. And it's the belt side too. If the mount goes, the AC compressor and Acc. belt doesn't have a fun time...
The cambelt cover IS the engine mount. It's not just a f*cking cover!
The offside of your engine is being held up by one bolt.
