Nice one cheers. The problem i have is when i fire it up it's idleing all over the place then it just cuts out so i'm hoping it's the valve thats blocked, Also there seems to be hissing coming from the valve aswell like an air leak so i dont know if that would affect the eratic idle.

Cool will give that a go. Do you how to remove the valve by any chance? lol

Hey, I was just wondering what is the best stuff to clean the idle control valve on a willy f7r?. It says in the good old haynes manual to use carb cleaner but i thought i'd better check on here to see if there is anything else to use. :)
