tyre gel (you spray it into the valve if you get a puncture) me personally id keep the spare wheel.

they will look like phase 2 valver alloys (obviously they are 1 inch bigger,as valver alloys are 15s) the centre caps have an indented circle on them.

iirc they do fit straight on, but i think that the clips are different. im not 100% sure though.
