You're at the lower end of the 250 there, the desirable spec is cupped with xenons and recaros. That 250 linked is a standard with no cup pack (i.e. No diff) I'll be a decent car, but tricky to sell. With your budget I'd get the best r26 you can (for me it would have to be glacier white) and...
Love the attention to detail
Can't help notice the passenger side door/rear quarter, had paint? Stands out in most pictures?
Also never been a fan of the 200 diffuser. I ran one on my 197 cup as I had an aprakovic but sold it on as I never got on with the looks
Id have gone with satin...
Most probably due to front end impact, new front bumper. Cat c iirc
Deffo had paint/bumper
Missing the stickers too ;-)
Yup, bet it's missing the stickers under the bonnet too ;-)
I'd half the spacers, but that's just me and my hatered of them in general
Cup spec bump strips will look epic, used to love them on the 197
Akrapovic to finish it off
Common on the mk3, mine cut out whilst driving Had to be towed back by the old man in his defender
Tank off, so that's cutting the exhaust too (if standard) unless you drop the rear beam
I went for 16mm hubcentrics after a year of running it round on h&r coilies. That was a superb set up, and one I'd run again with no hesitation, really pointy and complient
I added the spacers and it ruined it. Blunted the turn in, felt nervous on the brakes, totally lost all confidence in it...
Stunning
Watch the ATE though, you might get a squeaky clutch now,

Made mine squeak, seems abit hit & miss!
Snappy did my 197 wheel, first one he'd done, top work...
Rubbish
Hats off to you, but I think I'd have binned it off years ago, you could have had a nice 275 trophy/golf r with what you've ploughed into this :-(
Something like this

Plus a monitor. Then think about hooking it into your network for remote viewing via app/browser. Port...
Yeah go for hik vision or Dahua as they are pretty comparable in price vs quality. All systems we fit are IP, powered down the cat5 cable
One thing to note,
Dont have them too high up or all as you'll see is tops of heads,......
For intruder identification you need to ideally be filling over...
Replace the full aerial, I had this In cup years ago. It's pretty straight forward. The cable runs from the roof, down the boot edge and along the sill, so you only need access to where the aerial is I regards to the roof lining
