Re: James/BigAsh 182 Race Car by TDF... It doesn't get much better than this! *Pic He
Ours was rebuilt back in April 2011 and was fine all season, 6 races. im pretty sure these boxes will give a warning if its about to go. Like James says, rebuild every year if racing isnt a bad idea

No its not possible. Th lowest stock finals drive ratio that's compatible is the phase2/182. After months of research and Agency buying in loads of final drives for us to find a better one

Hence why were sticking with the stock box. It does a reasonable job for what it Costs, We can't change it for anything else and Agency can repair then cheap enough. No other choice really.

Why would you not fit a plate diff though if your spending thousands on a gear kit? You'd want to change the final drive and that's expensive so your. At £4k easy. I priced it up a while ago. Anyway pointless...

Try 4-5k by the time you've changed the final drive and put in a proper diff
He came over to congratulate us at the end of the race, Tony said, stay at home next time Mike.
No it doesnt feel like winning, I hope it feels better than this, even tho this was amazing.
I was looking for somewhere to park it all the way aroun the last lap
We actually put slightly more fuel in than we were last year. But there were no safety cars like at Brands and we both drove it hard. Lesson learned, Lol. For the extra 10kgs its not worth risking it again so we will be...
