Its possible to win from 30second penalty, was done twice last year by white civic and integra (the ones that crashed) Rules changed this year to give 15 seconds for each extra win. 1min penalty for 2 wins is killer

There is a penalty box in the pitlane. You must be stationary for 30 seconds in that box. Depending on where the box is its either before or after your driver change. Driver change cannot be done in penalty box

Nick is about right. Working out all costs its around £1k per meeting for a reasonable job. excluding the cost of the car and buying all you kit/licence etc. A lot of club circuit racing is around that sort of money. Obviously you can spend more but you can do it cheaper by buying a ready buit...
