ok the bottom pic is the piece that locks the headlight unit into the slam panel of the car, look at the top of the light and you will notice its missing that bit . . . lol the first pic is the adjustment part. that is easy to fix; it is literally as it looks ie a "U" shaped holder with a ball...

lol yeah sam i know what you mean mate, i took mine apart and it made it worse, but now i have greased it and i have also line the boot metal with sound deadening to try and make it fit more snug against the rubber seal. its kinda worked but the car hasnt left the garage yet due to messing...

oh and its Ivanhoe or something, american, cheaper version of dynamat but no dif in quality and its a lot lighter than dynamat jamie

i have just done this and if i can find a photo ill show you it does weigh a bit mate, so if your going for speed dont bother but if your not then its made such a difference to mine, the sound in the car is much better quality and i can hear people on my bluetooth headset now as well!! lol jamie

side piss easy mate, open your doors, slide the front ones towards the rear and the rears towards the front. the front bumper ones require alot of pulling and are a b**ch, but keep at it. the rear has to have the rear bumper taken off. if you need that explaining PM as im off out and cant be...
