Cheeky fookers, im only 32 and we had that car for 4 years. Never paid more than £230 to insure it. Dave has been in it, he knows why the insurance was cheap. Quicker to walk sometimes
206 1.4 HDI like I had, 71mpg was my record. Did 55mpg all day long driving it like you stole it and bigger than a Clio. £30 road tax and £200 to insure for us
Light flashes and it dont crank if its not recognising the key.
Go to the local key cutting place and get yours 'cloned' for about £30. As long as they can read the chip when you get it done the new one will be fine.
Other thing you can check thats quite easy is the decoder ring. take off the...
Best replace them. Jump started so many clios that have had the hazards 'come on' and drain the battery coz the little bit of card or matchstick has fallen out.
cars with sequential boxes go up 2 classes in TDT, so its kind of fair.
Cage, extinquisher, set of new harness, battery cutout, licence. Can get that all done for next season easy mate ;)
I know the ideal team mate for you too
hes just left mine. TPS is working fine but Lambda isnt. Not sure if its wiring or the sensor.
Put it back into open loop and he said it seams better. Was cal'd with it off so no problems there, just need rid of the cat now.
First time ive been in it, Nippy little bus that
Thats was the conclusion. Just werid how the car worked spot on at mallory and was awfull at Brands. Similar story to last year tho. great balance at Mallory (where we were very competative) and 6 days later pants at Silverstone. Me and Tony must of spoken a dozen times since Sunday and...
Yea started as it left mallory. Tony came in after a few laps and we went harder on the front as he said it was really bad. it got a little better and then i had a go. we changed them again for the race. Basicly the front was almost max stiff and the rear close to max soft.
Sorry chap wasnt ignoring you, missed your post.
Im not sure as I never got a really good look at it.
Only the first lap or 2, then the camera s**t itself
Sounds like a bad day mate. We need them in racing tho as it makes the good days even sweeter.
Good write up as always. Were out at Donny next, only been there once as a spectator years ago
Ian and Ashley Collins #40
Stock internals, Jenveys, Quaife diff, Fibreglass everything.
Very well sorted car, has loads of geometry tricks and tweeks. Increased castor, corrected roll centre etc
