Yea Renault number the cylinder the opposite way to most other manufactures. Number 1 at Flywheel end.
Will still run if 2+3 or 1+4 are the wrong way around

Has all the bits on the shelf, will do a full rebuild in a day for about the same price as a used box. Does exchange boxes if you wat to go that route, very reasonable price.

We didn't practice a stop in full race gear before Brands, just a few slow run throughs to figure out the best way to do to do belts etc.
Brands Hatch stop took us around 40seconds.
