How we do

ICV is on the front of your TB, with two small bolts fixing it in place. Take those off to get to the ICV. With the cable, just disconnect it from your pedal and pull it through the bulkhead, back the the TB. Buy a new casing from Renault for about £5... spray grease down the casing, copper...

Sticking cable or ICV. Both can be cleaned without need for replacement though, i'd give that a go first.
