Boost leak i'm sure. I used to have a gt. As soon as the car is put underload (boost) it will die/cough splutter. Probably a split pipe etc, might not be visible untill it splits under boost. Also check intercooler for damage. Happened to me once, big load of right foot, spool up then bang...

Trophy is grp 17 I personally wouldnt bother in your shoes. Just save the money for a DC5 imo, trust me ;)

People do get hung up over the Recaros. Yes, they look/feel special, but the standard seats are VERY good imo, and you do sit lower (fact!) I only got my Recaors cos i'm a badge ***** ;)

ktr suspension will prpbably ruin the car anyway. Cheap coilovers fail big time.

Meh, far too much of a side step imo. Yes the suspension is superb, but its basically a 182 Cup. Drivetrain is no different to yours, so 99% of the time will feel the same. When i sold my 172 Cup for my 182, wish i hadn't bothered tbh, they feel too similar. Should have just kept the 172, then...

^LOL Not a chance from a aftermarket. Never. Milltek suck, full of stress, melting trims etc (sounds nice though) I'm 100% convinced it was jigged 10mm out BTB was by far the best i had fitted!.

Cos i'm a H&R *****. ;) I dont think the KW's were out when i got mine, had them nearly 18 months now, imo the only ones that will be better will be the V3's etc Eibach spacers, but they are much of a muchness, made the car very nervous under braking, lurching/twitchy. Lost all confidence...

love it, really like the Trophys at the moment!!

Side profile is perfect imo. I keep toying with getting rid for a 3k cup to pocket the difference, but i cant part with it! (similar reasons to you really, but 6 months down the line lol)
