I filled up last night and had a mega careful 100 mile drive today into town to get some documents signed, then to work, then home via a mate's. So that's 99.9 showing on the trip with 410 miles still remaining and an indicated 49.9. :D

Not as good as the official figures would have you believe. Published combined figure on the NA Clio 200 is 34mpg, and over 18 months and 24k miles I averaged 34mpg. Published combined figure on the Fiesta ST is 47.9mpg, and over 12 months and 18k miles on the exact same commute as the 200...

Ooops LOL. It was a looooong time before I could look the rear of my ST with feeling a bit sad.

Have you still not grown to like the ST's arse? Took me a solid six months minimum before I didn't think WTF!? Now I get along with it just fine.
