Depends what coilovers you go for and just how low you actually go. If you go for decent quality coilovers it's not too bad, if you go for the raceland/k-tec ones they are quite crashy. On the fiesta mine is bone crushing since I wound them virtually all the way down (got 3 threads left on...

You're probably looking at the wrong group, go into contacts then click groups in the top left. Make sure you have the correct ones ticked.
