Also when i removed my alternator last night there was only 2 connections on it.
One onto a post teminal (a thickish black wire with ring terminal)
And a multiplug with 2 wires in it. Its a brown plug.
There is another post terminal on the alternator but seems to have nothing attached. I...
I dont think there are many Ph3 valvers. only bit of mines that is a Ph3 is the front bumper. The rest has been changed

Well its defo overcharging, fine at idle but up to 18v pretty quickly, 3k or so.
We noticed that the bottom bolt was half out and that it was off alignment, could this have caused it? Would putting it back in properly fix it or will it be goosed now and better to get a new one?

Battery last night was fizzing which we thought was odd but maybe was just hot cos car had got hot.
To be on the safe side I cleaned up 4 earths in the engine bay this morning, fitted a new battery and after a very short run its fizzing again. Obviously disconnected it now but...
New throttle cable fitted, clutch cable sorted and gear linkage sorted.
On first test runs, its quick!
But a bad earth meant that the battery has died **sigh**
More to fix :)
Well it runs! It stops and it turns.
Need to adjust the gear linkage as it isnt getting all the gears and the throttle cable is mullered so has jammed a couple of times. Just niggles that need sorted really but is making it very hard to drive anywhere!

Update!
Been Busy today, most you cant see, so no pics. Replaced my rear shocks with valver ones. Slightly shorter and no as f*cked as my old Rt ones, adjusted my exhaust so that it comes out the center of the cut out. Fitted some 5mm spacers on the rear wheels.
Fitted some Ph2 manual...
