So, on my cup spoiler these marks have always been there, but there have always been things to do ahead on the list, it's now the spoilers turn.. It's a cup spoiler, so I guess a previous owner has had it sprayed Flame red. Are the marks due to poor prep, or actual scrathes somehow? Anyone...

Bloody hell, why have you bought another one haha! I assume your old one has arrived at my parents, I have a couple of parcels apparently..

Think of it as a ball (end of shaft) and socket joint (gearbox) and you have to push the ball into the socket. I'm not mechanically minded but it should be straight forward.
