Sorry Ben but that was just noise to me. Not really practical for the road then I'd guess hence most going for ATB type diffs.

How frequent is the servicing on a plate diff then? Costs? I've heard of gripper before. Is that a brand or does it mean plate type diff?

I can see how it differs Ben, any pros/cons to either type? What's best in your opinion?

Total waste of money mate. Good lines/fluid/pads/discs is more than enough. You'll be headbutting the windscreen all day long.
