No. That is for upgrading to 3.1.3 from 3.1.2. If your phone is already on an official 3.1.3 , you can't use that process. Although it is not very clear from the guide.

All legal? Try downloading the latest version (of 7) from the nero site and it should work. Some of the earlier versions did not work on Vista.

What software is it? Vista has the appdata folder in a different location to XP, it could be that the software is hardcoded to the XP path.

Lightroom is a stand alone. It is loads quicker for simple post processing, and is good for cataloguing too. I could not be without it TBH. The only time PS gets aired is when I need to use the clone tool or filters.

Lightroom can also handle them.

It is available for download already but I'll be waiting for a couple of days and buying myself a copy.
