No. Claying removes bonded contaminants. Completely and utterly pointless waxing a car to clay it :) For the tar spots try Tardis tar and glue remover. Cheap as chips on eBay.

LOL :o How I did that I shall never know. I even had gray on the phone every 5 minutes and still managed to f**k it up. Lesson is - I will never touch brakes again in my life.
