I think your reading into Neils comment a bit too much.
The way I see it is, Caged are trying to position themselves in the motorsport market as being the best, so bolt in cages using existing points aren't really their cuppa.
On face value, i'd say that "MSV" designed the cage, and caged...
Decats do effect how your exhaust sits though.
The KTR one for example makes your exhaust sit flush with the bumper while the YS one makes your exhaust stick out of the bumper. But yeh, its only a metal pipe.
No mate Nikon. Tried cannon but prefered the look and feel of the Nikon. Wish i'd have gone cannon a little bit though as the lenses can be had for dirt.
Probably your cheapest way to get 200bhp (per tonne mind ;)).

As you say though - probably down to demand. I imagine there have been businesses in this area in the past in the UK that have failed. I bet I could find a specialist pretty...
seeing all varients of wheels on the 200 daily, i'd say the speedlines are head over heals better than the standard wheels they come with.
Although I do think the standard wheels really suit the 200 cup's in white
