The car park is full of clio 200's but this one really stands out amongst all the other LY/capsicums.
Would be my number 1 choice anyway
I know nothing about tuning, but from reading on here and my general experiance I would say that cheap & cams shouldn't normally be seen in the same sentence.
Had a longish discussion with Andy from birchdown about this - it's not neccesary at all he told me, and that they only ever replace them if they sound knackered at the time.
Long and short he said if you are flush then get it done, but it's not a necessity if the car has been maintained.

It's a lengthy read but really useful.
Don't confuse yourself with all the products out there.
I have my "core" products and polishes, and i might occasionally venture out into something different from time to time. For example my first set of polishes i bought were menzerna - I always use these, but I also use dodo juice...
Could do:
right click>show original>copy the original and save it on your desktop>reopen it with iPhoto and then edit it.
Think thats what your getting at!
