The TC on my 182 was never that intrusive but on the 197 it seems to be constantly flashing when 'pressing on'..

Yeah when its on the dash constantly its off tho when its flashing you're giving the car too much out of a corner or its 'letting go' mid corner..

I struggled for more than 28mpg to and from Edinburgh tonight...(100 mile round trip) all motorway..that was at 80ish tho..

LOL maybe mate...i love seeing the look on the local 172/182 drivers when i corner at speeds they can only dream of...sluggish maybe..out handle and out brake 1'star'2's...everyday of the week regardless of conditions... Reno, a credit to you..;) x

97 or higher is recommended tho..ran mine on 95 once when i had no choice, really lumpy and sluggish.
