Would change them Ben,
You ought to have seen the state of grays doors when I detailed his car for him
Before:
(6 months use of PF97's with no washing!)
After:
Did the best i could but it was still fooked.
The brake dust BAKES into your paint after a while. Dunno if its worth it!
Basically you are correct, however if you were to add a " furthermore " onto your statement - You would be inserting words such as Epic, astonishing, breath taking, impressive and overwhelming. :D
<3 mac btw.
Hello there!
You only need 1L of fluid to bleed the whole system fella.
If you sign up and become a full member there is a proper guide in the guides section which shows you a step by step walk through of how to bleed the brakes properly.
Once you go Mac.
You don't go back.
Thanks an actual factual piece of information. And the 27" iMac is the s**t. I was messing with one in the apple store and its epic
Ah well. Its only a new washer and im hoping Renault will stock them. Dan you can still come up if you want, the cars still on axel stands and i need to fit some new pads. Will probable take me all day :o
Right, I don't think its the abs sensor:
I remember when refitting the disk that I didn't want to catch that with the cogs on the back of the disk.
If its anything i would say that its the metal washer. Only the disk wont come back off now! :S
I get it now. I don't think I have broke this - I can't hear anything moving about/rattling. Everything seems spot on?
Gray mentioned it could be the bearings pressing properly into the disk.... I think I will just refit everything and drive it. Worse comes to worse I need some new bearings and...
I might take it back off tomorrow and double check everything.
I have got the whole caliper sat in vinegar ATM to give it a good clean up and a new coat of yellow paint  Shouldn't need to worry about the brakes afterwards - So long as I haven't broken anything LOL!
Riley, no disk wobble...
Dunno what one of those is but followed the guide on here exact and everything *LOOKS ok... Was well odd :S
Dave, they are Renault original items, so came with everything anyway, already on the disk. All I had to do was bash it on and bolt it up.
100% haven't crossed the thread either lol...

Hello!
I put some new disks on today.
I refitted them correctly using johnny182's guide on here, refitted the small washer things off the original disks too..
My question is, when I was fitting the disks back on, I set my torque wrench to 175nm.
I kept tightening the 30mm nut and it started...
