I'm not having a go. But worse case scenario is you crash, kill someone who then takes you to court - you get absolutely raped with legal fees and fines etc etc and your insurance is void. You then get reamed for driving an uninsured car. Risk it all you want but it only takes 1 second to screw...

Not really Tom. I have had a k800 for 3 years and its on its last legs so need a decent phone pretty bad. I think I will just buy new from the apple store. If the 4th gen is a big enough leap up to warrent me selling it (which i doubt it will be) then I will.

Are you sure? I always thought the higher the number the whiter they get... Well start off white then go through blue then to purple at 30k. 4300k might give out more actual light but 6000k would be brighter, would it not? Or am i completely wrong :o
