I let mine warm up properly, 15mins ish of driving, then it usually gets some hell. Not everyday though as my commute is only about 15 minutes!

You're working the wrong way round mate, the lower the offset the more the wheel sticks out in the arch, so adding a 10mm spacer will make them ET22. This measurement is how far the centr e of the wheel is from the mounting face onto the hub. I wouldn't worry about spacers though, I think you...

oooooft! my mates step dad is a manager at my local vauxhall dealership, he currently has a white one of these as a company car, with a supercharger kit! apparently around 550-600bhp!

As Dave said, fully down on the back but havent removed the nut, not got the rear seats in there so sits a lot nicer with them in. Fronts are about 3/4 down maybe, but gonna go at least 10mm lower, needs a full set up again so gonna play with it first.

^ Enkeis are now staying, soon to be fluorescent green for track. These will just be my everyday/wet track wheels! Car sits better on 16's I think, plus the paradas are lethal in the damp!
