nope thats normal mate dont worry about itwhen engine is stone cold the pressure should read between 4.5-6 and you should never rev it hard when it cold. when fully warmed up it will drop to about 0-1 on idle

ill check the header tank et but like steve said i very much doubt its that as the head was rebuilt back on march.
prob as suggested crap in the sealent and stuff when putting on new centre section as it only happened after this was fitted. before i used to get black soot...

is one the dog bone mount is awfully close to the zorst and the down pipe is knocking on the driveshaft a little,not good really

mine use to do say cruing at a constant 80-90 on the motorways and never did it round town or while accelerating on the M-ways.

17s fit no prob on a valver. i know plently of ppl with 17 and lowered but it all depend s on how low you go. 35mm drop and 17 is just about perfect and you should not need to do anywork at all really. front will cath now and again on full lock on the inner arch bt it in no way should catch...

fair enough but the air could of got colder and denser later in the day or yes it may work well if you cain it all the time keeping the car in top of revs range. but for town driving and with a head lamp still in place its just too boggy low down and not good for punchy town driving...

but me thinks the willy driver was not drving it as he should.
the acc of a willy in every gear is near on mental or the gt has been fettle with as its very very easy to get extra power out of a turbo#

i dont know how u drive ur car but i would say its def noticeable straight away. on cold days there is little difference but try driving a valver or willy with an ind kit when the external temp is 25oC + there is just no or little low down pool and the car is very very boggy

how much are engine mounts for a 16v
not the gearbox one but the one on the alternator side of engine, think the stupid speed bumps have taken there toll on my mounts
