You can go in at £400ish with V-Maxx and KTR's Coilovers or you can go more umarket and epensive with KW's etc. V-Maxx and KTR's have been said to be good for the money but whether taht means they are good I don't know as not driven a car with them on.

Need a pic of the damage but just a Paint Touch Up Kit would probably do the trick...... Halfords will probably sell it in the paint code of your wheels

I've done about 35k on them and bought them 2nd hand with an unknown amount of mileage on them so not too bad.... may just need a good servicing and check over but still interested in the V-Maxx's

Gliptone is good stuff...... Its designed for Expensive Leather Sofa's IIRC so is of good quality

I swear by Bilberry and a good sealent (Poor Boys Wheel sealant is what I have).... I've not tried alot of the newer products as the Bilberry is lasting me bloody ages (Probably cos I've not cleaned the car since FCS)

A few people on here have had them made up but I doubt you will find anywhere that stocks that size of washer...... I'm sure I have some at my parents house not being used so I'll take a look when I go back there tomorrow.
