Some can be tapped off, others need a puller to remove. Tap the new one on square and you'll be fine.

M88 is probably actually 8.8, which is the tensile grade. 8mm head will make it something like a M6 thread, i'd just use a generic bolt. The outer ARB brackets are no longer available i think, so just get a used set.

Go back to standard bolts in the top, slide it to where you want and wang it up nice and tight.

A full 6 point with door bars is 40-50kg on a Clio. So yeah about 40.

No they do actually adjust the camber or caster, depending on which way you have them facing. I don't have any funny noises coming from mine.
