I run them approx 5% lower than the standard Renault pressures (2.3/2.1 bar iirc), so I run 2 bar all round.

I don't bother with r888's any more. They are epic in terms of grip etc, but that doesn't (imo) make the day more fun. What it will do is wear bearings etc a lot quicker. I prefer the rs2. They last a lot longer, but have a stiffer sidewall than a normal road tyre.

T1R's are not wet tyres lol. They are an all season/summer tyre.

If you find the v12 poor in the wet, you're probably running the wrong pressures (should be slightly lower than renault recommends).

I'd get Hankook V12 Evo's. Similar price to the Toyo's, grippier in all condition and they last longer.

If it's not your fault, you're entitled to a car equivalent to your own as a courtesy car. Fella drove in to dad's 996, they tried to loan him a Focus for a month. Ended up with another 996 until his was fixed.
