depends if its a franchised dealer, such as Sunwin.
if it is they have to claim from Renault after the job has been done so if they think it might not be claimed back they will try not to do it.
yeah, is it JR on here who owns it?
to be fair i think every colour suits the car, and it still stands out in a good way in any colour so if i ever get the chance to buy one then i'd go for condition more than colour!
when are you going to be in a position to buy one?
i love it!
if i could choose any colour it would be lunar or deep bronze.
never used to like the bronze, and even remember commenting on it but saw a pic a while ago of the whole car and not just a section of paint and it looked absolutely stunning.
why not buy a £50 metro or somthing and insure it as a rebuild, so it will not actually be driven, that way keeping up the no claims?
won't cost much at all however you will have to find a specialist company to do this i think, kind of like a kit car policy whilst it is being built...
I've got an idea mate.
Everyone loves your car including me, so delete all the pics you have posted unless each member will donate £1 to you for a remap!
Leeds is fairly near you sin't it?
Im pretty sure i drove past 'Lymm on my way to Warrington and Leeds is just a bit further up the M6 isn't it?
Heard a lot about P.Murray, get it remapped at the same time :)
Theres a blue 04 plate, 3 door dynamique, climate control, done 33k i think for £4700ish at Sunwin Renault in Derby at the minute.
Best advice is to go to Notts Sunwin Renault and get them to take the car and buy it off them, Sunwin Derby are terrible in every sense of the word.
whats that mean?!
my friend is disabled and where some people take up disabled spots and others take up 2 spaces it means she has to walk a lot further to get into the shop.
its common courtesy to use one space, if you dont want parking dents do what i do and park away from the door and...
nice cars, but i hate people who take up 2 spaces, sometimes im tempted to give them a nice dent just for being ignorant, so i dont want a thread tomorrow of 'I've got a parking dent even though i used 2 spaces' thread!
depends if you have to get new cranks, which you will if you dont currently have the ISIS on them.
i think i payed £90 for a RaceFace BB and crankset including bash guard. Only a 2 sprocket set though.
if you're having to get a new BB go for an ISIS drive one, however this will mean you'll need new cranks.
the ISIS are better if your giving it death, have more splines on them so can take more force.
I've got a faceface on in my Kona and that has lasted about 4 years of very heavy abuse from...
