IMO you've got to have owned or at least driven both 172/182 and 197 to make a decent judgement.. I've owned both 182 and now have an R27.. Overall the 197 is the better car in terms of fun factor, build quality and drive...

Will be a bumper off job matey.. Around 4 hours work.. If you can spec xenons from factory do it!! The only reason i didn't get factory fitted xenons on my R27 was because the car was in the showroom when i actually bought it as it'd been a cancelled order..

14.9's in a 182 will cost you a fair bit matey.. The 182 is a better car in terms of built quality and safety tho for fun factor you cant knock the 106/saxo.. I know of a 106xsi that'll stick to the back of a 172/182 everyday of the week...
