i wouldn't do it mate. it may sound a little bit nicer but you might notice a difference in low-end pick up...especially in the summer months that we have ahead. if you want the sound without the loss in power i would suggest a K&N Gen2 & Viper. Or if you have more to spend i would go for a ITG...

they are a straight swap, but you will have to carry over your manual adjustment from the standard lights, as you wont have the right loom for auto height adjustable units.
