sorry to hijack but i didnt want to start a new thread... can you powdercoat filler? ive refurbed mine myself with some body filler to smooth out the marks but can this be powder coated aswell?

ive seen on here though that its missing the bumper stickers though, the recess level with the washer jet covers is supposed to have a black sticker either side of it, if you look at some other clios on here you might be able to see them...

how much paint should i need to spray: 4 x turbines, they need priming spraying and laquering the bumpstrips off a 3 door mk2 ph2, again priming spraying and laquering. cheers for the help.

i'd say 1 mate, if you don't fancy doing them yourself i might offer a refurbing service!!

buy my turbines and ill spray them in white for you mate, would look a treat on a black clio...!

theres loads of places for the exhaust mate, brittania tyres is a good one i've heard, but anywhere really. if its just a bit of welding a normal garage may be cheaper...

i think its a 172 spolier, and just got v6 to get more search hits...

cold?i always though the car should be warm before checked, as thats the level it will be at when being driven?

was the car warm? it will expand once warm and possibly seem to rise...

good idea, so spray that first, and then mask it off and do the rest?

i made false floor for mine, worked a treat and looked really cool too. not hard to make at all, plus makes it alot harder to be stolen.

doug - i bought one of the aluminium pipes from halfrods, and ive run it front the front of my airbox down next to the battery and to the bottom right of the bumper... i did have it going to the left hand grill, but it got s**t loads of heat soak when the engine was warm, i can tell a bit now...

what do you want mate colour chage? much damage to them? i might start doing them privately if your interested, just doing my second set of turbines at the minute and they're going pretty well

polished battery cover and fuse box cover, although personally i would get the carbon ones off ebay, carbon oil cap, spray the engine cover the same colour as the car, some samco hoses and just keep it clean, the it will look quite tidy mate.

right people, i'm thiking one of the above colours, but that will be a secret until its done, but... in the pics theres a polished lip on them, thinking about possibly doing the same but maybe black to match the car or something, any ideas???

yes they'll fit mate come up everynow and again on here, but ebay is the best bet, theres a front and rear on at the minute...
