Have you bedded them in properly? 10 stops from 90-30 works for me. Then let them cool overnight.

Get there early and fit them. If I was local I could have both sides fitted in 30 minutes. Bleeding probably about the same time again. The only thing is you'll need to sacrifice some time to bed the pads in and let them cool. Do a 15 minute session and then come in and wait an hour.
