best thing for you to do would be to buy a blank blade off ebay or renault ( about £10 i think off ebay ) have a normal key cutter copy your key onto the blade and just swap the ends around. you dont need to bother with a whole key dude.

sounds a con to me. i payed 120 quid for my cam belt doing on my 1.2. Think they used non renault parts though. If they quoted you 160 then but you didn't get anything in writing i dont think there is much you can do :(
