look up a guide on photoshop animation ( im sure you know how to do that ;) ) but doing it from a video (At a guess!) i would say you have to pause the image every second or whatever, get it as a picture and put it as an animation layer... then add the men driving the car after?

can some boffs explain the difference between newsgroups and torrents. i was going to get into newsgroups but 8 quid a month for bandwidth etc i dont get why its worth it.
