The ktec system is good on the 172 but as i'd no choice in the exhaust being on show best to go for a 'proper job'... If it hadn't been YS it would've been BTB..

In bright sunlight i dont use them but from dusk onwards they are on, dark winter days they are on, when its raining they are on...so yeah pretty much been on on 99.8% of the time since 2005 lol

Hmm well the car is only on 17k, surely they shouldn't need replaced yet? The standard bulbs are 4000k, yeah? I've got a pair of 6000k bulbs to go in but a mate said i should have them fitted at a garage, is this right?? Are they a pain in the arse to fit or is it just because of the high...

Was checking my all my bulbs there as i do weekly... They seem to be really bright tho not as blue as they used to be?? When i checked them it was dusk about 25 mins ago so not properly dark yet... Are they more blue at night due to less light? Alan.

Meh....CooperS is a bit heavier than the 172, i've had a few in my fairly standard 182.. Civic and 172 a really really good match..tho the Civic pulls alot better as the speed rises above 100 the Civic will usually have the edge...
