My fave is Chemical Guys Liquid Extreme Oil Shine Dressing....its ace, no run off, can be applied in layers 12-24 hours between for a deeper shine..
Will last weeks if need be, tho if applied weekly it doesn't matter.
Gives a good gloss without attracting a lot of dust...
All this running in business some of you lads are talking about...

IMO forget the 182 cup, its pointless...
172 cup for out and out driving experience...no ABS, no traction control, no xenons, no leather, no cruise control.
182 Sport with cup packs if you want a bit of both...standard kit, ABS, traction control, cruise control, xenons, aircon with climate...
To be honest mate i'd try some eibach sportlines for a bit, if your not happy with the sportlines change to H&R's...
Fubar is selling them for £100 to be picked up at FCS, i'd pick them up for you, an hour fits them, your laughin.

My old 1.2 16v dynamique used to get around 38mpg normal driving, givin it a bit of right foot...sometimes below 30...
My 182 gets around 30-32mpg normal town/commuting, up to around 36-40mpg on a long motorway run...but can drop to around 22-24mpg when giving it some..
