the projector unit is sealed, the main beam units aren't. check that you have a good seal on the rubber covers on the back of the lamps, as this is normally the root of the problem. either that or the seal on the perspex covers (the cover of the actual headlamp itself) themselves can fail...

yep. they are a different colour. other than that they are identical, they still use the same level adjusters etc. they are different part numbers too, as said above.
