    PE2's are average, T1-R's are worse overall. V12's ruin pe2's. And are much cheaper.

    OEM Trophy steering wheel re-trimmed.

    I had the same gearknob in my Trophy. Looks very good, perhaps a bit overkill with the dash trim. Would look better gloss black with a red stripe IMO.

    No! Test drive the car you're thinking of, no point in trying a different car. If you test drove a Trophy thinking that's what a 172 feels like, you'd be unhappy!

    Have you driven one? That would be my first suggestion. I'd try and drive both a cup and a standard. By all accounts the cup suspension is very stiff, and barely any quicker over a lap.

    Right, leads, plugs and coil replaced. Still misfiring. Only intermittent, drove 2 hrs today without problem, then it started playing up again. Does the rs tuner function as a code reader?

    I wouldn't be happy with that. Fred set mine up by eye, got the front camber within 0.1 r to l. Rear toe on the right looks high, bearings?

    Lol, wasn't this announced and reviewed in evo 6 months ago? Pads and discs are something ridiculous like 24k to replace.
