TBf the 2500's are better balanced IMO. At Oulton there was a lad running the CL's, braking performance was no better than mine, just a lot noisier/dirtier. Both race pads, just one's less compromised day to day.

Very good ride, even Shelley noticed! Front end is a bit strange at the moment, running plenty of toe in (just as it ended up when they were put on) but that's being rectified today. Tenants was like drinking pickled goldfish. Ta.

Damping seems spot on so far for road use. They need to go up slightly at the rear, but very happy so far!

Not had any issues yet, but not been on track yet. Can't give any complete opinions as they've not been set up yet, but not bad so far.

All the cooper s works I've driven have been averaging 24-25mpg. Certainly no worse than a FRS. The new turbo engine is better, but the chassis/steering is better on the 1st gen cars. Just bin the runflats on day one.
