My comp is 4+ years old, maybe take 2 seconds to load Firefox, how can it improve on that? Also gay animations, noises etc annoy me.

^^ you have to change the BIOS to tell it to boot from the cd, if you don't know that, i wouldn't do it.

I think someone should HPI it now and see what it says, as long as you had the receipt, keys logbook and it's in your name don't see how they could take it.

But i'd say i'm good with computers, i've never had problems with viruses, and surely the "average user" would have no idea how to use a MAC

Macs just do everything a pc does but with animations which would annoy me after a while, i'm yet to see a valid argument to get one yet.

But who in the right mind would go spend £500+ on a mac when they have never used one?
